Resolution 2: Try 1 New Oil A Month

Hey ya’ll!!  We are officially one week into our Essential Oils Resolutions. How’s it going so far?  Were you able to use at least one oil every day last week?  I can happily say “I did”!! One day, all I did was run my diffusers, but that counts!

This week, let's jump right into our 2nd Essential Oil Resolution.

TRY A NEW ESSENTIAL OIL EVERY MONTH!

This is a GREAT resolution that I am super excited about!!  This resolution keeps you from falling into an essential oil rut, using the same oils over and over.

By using a variety of oils you benefit from tons of different therapeutic qualities.

You might just discover a new favorite oil too.  This is how I discovered Spearmint early on in my oil journey.  I was thinking “I have peppermint…Why do I need Spearmint?” Little did I know.  Spearmint is amazing, and I’m so happy I found this gem.

So I know what you’re...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!  I am so excited about the coming new year and all the adventure it brings….maybe a couple less than last year.  LOL!!

Today, we are going to dive in-depth into our 1st Essential Oil Resolution.

USE AT LEAST ONE ESSENTIAL OIL EVERY DAY!

Now I bet you're thinking…”I already do that.”  Think back over the past year.  How many times have you thought?  “I’ll start my diffuser later.”  Or “tomorrow I’ll start using that roller.”   Or you forget to rub oils on your kiddos before bed?

It happens…I do it too and I’m the “Crazy Oil Lady”!!

Now do you see why we need this resolution?  Below are some tips.

Start your day using your oils.  Start your diffusers in the morning with a motivational or a wake up blend.  Use an On Guard roller, on your kids, before they head off to school.  You’ll start their day...

This year we are going to change the way we use essential oils and receive the powerful benefits of these amazing little drops!

Here is my list of 5 Essential Oil Resolutions.  Each week, we will dive in-depth into the individual resolution and how to incorporate...

Essential Oils & Meditation

Sandalwood

Let's talk meditation. This is something that I am constantly trying to work on and improve. And to be honest, most days it's soooo hard to stay focused when you have a thousand things going on.

So, how can we improve our mediation?

Well, who would have guessed that I would say "essential oils"?!?

But seriously, oils have the ability to transform your meditation space. And the good news is that there are lots of great oils to choose from!

I've included my top ten meditation oils. And a tip? Choose the same oil as often as you can when you meditate. Specific scents will often transport your mind. And if you associate a certain oil with meditation it can help make meditation easier.

The best way to use oils during meditation can be topically or in a diffuser, or both! I'm a big fan of both.

Alright, so which oils are the best for meditation?

1. Frankincense

Frankincense is one of the most sacred essential oils for spirituality.  Frankincense helps to...
