Spotlight: Turmeric Essential Oil

Hey guys!!!  Who’s ready to learn about an amazing essential old that is used in cooking, dyes, calming support, boost your metabolism, skin benefits ???  It’s Turmeric!!

Turmeric oil may help support a healthy nervous system, as well as cellular function. When you’re feeling like your nervous system is out of balance or needs calming, add Turmeric oil to coconut milk and honey for a delicious drink.

The soothing benefits of Turmeric oil can be utilized by taking one to two drops in a Veggie Capsule. Doing this on a regular basis gives your body the antioxidant support it needs to protect your body from free radical damage. It may also support healthy immune function as well as immune response.

It is nearly impossible to go through life without facing some trouble, but we can take control over our emotions. Give yourself a boost by diffusing Turmeric throughout your home to provide yourself with an emotionally uplifting environment and thereby improve your mood.

  •  5 drops Bergamont
  •  4 drops Clary Sage

  •  2 drops Basil

Get it Done

  •  1 drop Cinnamon Bark
  •  2 drops Bergamont

Push the Limits

  •  2 drops Turmeric
  •  1 drop Ginger
  •  1 drop Fennel
  •  3 drops Cassia

Positive Energy 

  •  2 drops Purify
  •  1 drop Lemon
  •  1 drop Lime
  •  2 drops Turmeric

TURMERIC PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1 drop Turmeric essential oil
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse together, Serve immediately. 

TURMERIC TEA RECIPE: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon butter (or ghee)
  • 1-2 drops Turmeric oil
  • Turmeric spice for garnish

Instructions: Heat coconut milk and water in a saucepan on low for three to four minutes. Add butter, honey and Turmeric essential oil and stir until butter melts and ingredients combine. Pour into mugs and add a pinch of Turmeric powders as a garnish. Serve hot. Tip. You can add a drop of Ginger oil for a heartier flavor!
