Resolution 1: Use Essential Oils Daily

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!  I am so excited about the coming new year and all the adventure it brings….maybe a couple less than last year.  LOL!!

Today, we are going to dive in-depth into our 1st Essential Oil Resolution.

USE AT LEAST ONE ESSENTIAL OIL EVERY DAY!  

Now I bet you're thinking…”I already do that.”  Think back over the past year.  How many times have you thought?  “I’ll start my diffuser later.”  Or “tomorrow I’ll start using that roller.”   Or you forget to rub oils on your kiddos before bed?

It happens…I do it too and I’m the “Crazy Oil Lady”!! 

Now do you see why we need this resolution?  Below are some tips. 

Start your day using your oils.  Start your diffusers in the morning with a motivational or a wake up blend.  Use an On Guard roller, on your kids, before they head off to school.  You’ll start their day off with an immune system boost.   

Motivation Diffuser Blend

• 3 drops Motivate oil
• 2 drops Peppermint oil
• 1 drop Rosemary oil    

Add a few drops of oil to your water before you leave the house for the day.  I LOVE to use lemon in my water.  It tastes amazing, promotes concentration, and helps cleanse the body. 

Carry some oils in your purse.  I always have my On Guard hand santizier & TerraShield bug spray in my purse.  With COVID, I never leave home without my On Guard!  I also make sure I have some peppermint oil; for headaches, stomach issues, or motion sickness in my purse too.  

Store your oils where you can easily access them.  I have oils all over my house!  In my kitchen for cooking, my dresser for diffusing, and my bathroom for health & beauty.  When your oils are accessible you will use them more!

I challenge you to start using at least one oil every day! Remember, we are changing our lives one drop at a time!
