Summertime Smoothie's

It’s SUMMER TIME!!! And nothing says Summer like a refreshing smoothie!!!  I love them! My kiddos love them!  They are so easy to make and super healthy!  

These smoothies recipes will give you the boost of energy and hydration needed on hot summer days.  

Wild Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 5 drops Wild Orange oil
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1½ cup pineapple juice

Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Slim & Sassy® Vanilla TrimShake
  • 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
  • 1 drop Wild Orange oil
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • â…“ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2–3 cups raw spinach

Island Daydream Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 12–14 ounces coconut milk
  • 2 scoops doTERRA Fiber
  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup papaya
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 drop Wild Orange oil

Raspberry Rush Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew or almond milk 
  • 2 scoops Chocolate doTERRA Protein
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen 
  • 1 handful ice cubes 
  • 1 drop Lime oil

Banana Bonanza Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew or almond milk 
  • 2 scoops doTERRA protein
  • 1 banana, frozen 
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter 
  • 1 handful ice cubes 
  • 1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark oil

Cool Berry Twist Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup almond milk  
  • 2 scoops Vanilla doTERRA protein
  • ½ cup strawberries, frozen  
  • ⅓ cup blueberries  
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt  
  • 1 drop Lemon oil 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!!! IT’S THAT EASY!!
